If you need apparel items, you may shop through our online apparel store. Once the items have arrived
(usually within 3-4 business days), we can begin your embroidery work.

A Few Frequently Asked Questions How much does embroidery cost?
There are two costs involved: the Design Digitizing and the Embroidery itself. Before the
actual embroidery is done, we have to create a computer instructional template (called digitizing)
which the embroidery machine reads and follow on each of your items. The embroidery is the actual

What kind of art can you accept?
Please provide camera-ready artwork. This can be faxed, mailed, or emailed as an
attached EPS, AI, TIFF, or JPG file. Other formats may also work, but please check with
us first. Please specify size of finished design and intended application (cap, shirt, etc.).
How long does an order take?
Our production times vary, but most orders are completed within 5-10 business days.
We work closely with our clients to meet their deadlines. Our goal is to deliver
high quality, wholesale embroidery on time! We will gladly expedite your order
whenever possible.
Will you add names (personalization)?
Absolutely! And we have many lettering fonts to choose from, with no set-up charge.
Can you match PMS colors?
We will match your PMS colors as closely as possible with Madiera thread.
Please note that a perfect match cannot be guaranteed. We will gladly use
customer provided thread upon request.
